The TL-STB1000 sterile transfer chamber uses hydrogen peroxide vapor as a biological cleaning agent, which belongs to the cleaning process under low temperature and atmospheric pressure, efficient and environmentally friendly. The hydrogen peroxide gas sterilization method is also included in the "sterilization method" in the pharmacopoeias of the United States, China and other countries
2. The operation of each stage of the equipment is automatically controlled by Siemens programmable logic controller (PLC), ensuring stable and reliable system operation
During the biological decontamination and exhaust stages, the air sent into the cabin is filtered through an H14 HEPA filter to prevent contamination of the materials
4. It has an independent ventilation and exhaust unit, including a fan, pneumatic butterfly valve, and exhaust pipeline, which can quickly replace hydrogen peroxide gas in the cabin and prevent it from entering the HAVC system
5. The incoming and outgoing materials adopt a double door structure, which has pneumatic sealing, pneumatic locking, and double door interlocking functions in working state
