Precautions for using hydrogen peroxide disinfection machine
Explain the precautions to be taken when using the two main types of hydrogen peroxide disinfection machines currently available in the market
1、 Precautions for using dry mist hydrogen peroxide disinfection machine:
1. The dry fog hydrogen peroxide sterilizer cannot coexist with human and machine (during the sterilization process, personnel are required to leave the sterilization area, because the sterilization process can thoroughly disinfection and sterilization bacteria, viruses, etc., if it has no impact on personnel, how can it thoroughly disinfection and sterilization viruses, etc.; and the disinfectant itself will cause irritation to nasal mucosa, respiratory tract, etc., so personnel must leave the sterilization area);
2. The volume of the disinfection room should meet the maximum rated disinfection volume of the equipment (to ensure effective disinfection results, and the disinfection effect is affected by the layout of the sterilization area, and the equipment layout needs to be adjusted according to the actual layout);
3. The disinfectant used for the equipment is 3-8% food grade hydrogen peroxide disinfectant;
4. The placement and parameter settings for equipment disinfection should be reasonably arranged according to the disinfection room to ensure the maximum uniformity of disinfectant distribution;
During the equipment disinfection process, the air conditioning in the disinfection room should be turned off and the disinfection room should be sealed;
6. Equipment disinfection involves three processes: first, spraying disinfectant onto the equipment; second, allowing the disinfectant to stand for 30-90 minutes; and third, ventilating and removing residual disinfectant for 60-120 minutes; (The idle time can be adjusted appropriately according to the production process, and the exhaust time can be adjusted appropriately according to the exhaust capacity of the user's air conditioning system)
7. The normal frequency of use for disinfection equipment is once a week (which can be adjusted according to the production process)
8. Clean the surface of the used equipment with alcohol or clean water, and store it in a cool and dark place;
2、 Precautions for using vaporized hydrogen peroxide disinfection machine
1. The vaporized hydrogen peroxide disinfection machine cannot coexist with humans (personnel need to leave during the sterilization process);
2. The volume of the disinfection room should meet the maximum rated disinfection volume of the equipment (to ensure effective disinfection results);
3. The disinfectant used for the equipment is 30-35% food grade hydrogen peroxide disinfectant (gloves should be worn during the preparation process, and if the disinfectant splashes onto the skin, it should be immediately rinsed with plenty of water);
4. The placement and parameter settings for equipment disinfection should be reasonably arranged according to the disinfection room to ensure the maximum uniformity of disinfectant distribution;
During the equipment disinfection process, the air conditioning in the disinfection room should be turned off and the disinfection room should be sealed;
6. Equipment disinfection involves three processes: first, spraying disinfectant onto the equipment; second, allowing the disinfectant to stand for 30-60 minutes; and third, ventilating and removing residual disinfectant for 60 minutes;
7. The normal frequency of using disinfection equipment is once a week;
8. Clean the surface of the used equipment with alcohol or clean water, and store it in a cool place;
9. The equipment can sterilize the internal cavity of the equipment, and attention should be paid to the matching pipelines to prevent air leakage.
