Sterilization process of hydrogen peroxide sterilizer

1. Turn off the air conditioning system and keep unnecessary equipment in a closed state. Check if there are any areas in the space that are prone to leakage, and if so, seal them with tape or plastic wrap.
2. Prepare the dots for detection methods such as biological indicators and chemical indicator cards.

3. Place the hydrogen peroxide sterilizer in a location that is easy to fully diffuse, add the corresponding amount of disinfectant and turn it on, and evacuate personnel.
4. Label the doors outside the sterilization area with warning signs such as' Sterilized, no entry allowed '.

5. After the spray or vaporization process is completed, let it stand for about one and a half hours to allow the disinfectant diffused into the space to fully function to suppress and eliminate.
6. After the sterilization process is completed, turn on the air conditioning system for ventilation and exhaust for about 1-2 hours to reduce the concentration of hydrogen peroxide to below 1ppm, which is safe for human health.
7. Personnel enter to collect indicators for observation. If it is a biological indicator, it needs to be placed in the corresponding culture medium and at the corresponding culture temperature to observe the culture results.
