Why is static sterilization necessary for hydrogen peroxide sterilization
There are two sterilization methods for hydrogen peroxide sterilizers: vaporization and atomization.

There are also two ways to spread to space: one is to integrate the generator into the air conditioning duct and spread it to the space for sterilization through the air conditioning duct. This method has a particularly good sterilization effect, but the cost is too high. Another type is commonly used independent hydrogen peroxide sterilization equipment placed in a space for sterilization.
This article focuses on the commonly used hydrogen peroxide sterilization equipment placed in space for sterilization. Why is static sterilization necessary
Taking the vaporized hydrogen peroxide sterilizer as an example, using 35% hydrogen peroxide disinfectant, the dosage per unit volume is 4-6 milliliters per cubic meter. Due to differences in the layout of different sterilization areas, under this dosage condition, the hydrogen peroxide concentration in the space under closed static sterilization conditions will reach 200ppm to 1000ppm, and it can be maintained for more than 30 minutes to achieve log6 sterilization. However, if the air conditioning system is closed, the hydrogen peroxide is always overflowing to the air conditioning pipeline, and the air flow will accelerate the decomposition of hydrogen peroxide, which will lead to the inability to determine the actual amount of disinfectant applied to the space, thus affecting the disinfection and sterilization effect.
Therefore, why is static sterilization necessary for hydrogen peroxide sterilization. Static sterilization has the following requirements:
1. Turn off the air conditioning system.
2. Electrical appliances and equipment in the sterilization area should be stopped as much as possible.

3. If there are doors with large gaps or other locations where air exchange can occur at the junction of the sterilization area and the non sterilization area, it is recommended to seal them with tape or cling film.
