Introduction to the working principle of hydrogen peroxide disinfection machine

Introduce the working principles of the three main popular hydrogen peroxide disinfection machines in the market

1、 Cold evaporation hydrogen peroxide disinfection machine
Working principle: Using a built-in high-pressure fan, the air velocity at the nozzle outlet of the equipment reaches about 80m/s, forming a strong Venturi effect, thereby creating a negative pressure zone at the nozzle and sucking out the low concentration hydrogen peroxide disinfectant inside the equipment.
Advantages: The spray particle size is around 1 micron, with a more uniform distribution and better diffusion effect.
Disadvantage: The high-pressure fan consumes more power and generates more noise.

2、 Dry mist hydrogen peroxide disinfection machine.
Working principle: By using a built-in compressor or an external air source, the air velocity at the nozzle outlet of the equipment reaches about 45m/s, forming a stable Venturi effect, thereby creating a negative pressure zone at the nozzle to suck out the low concentration hydrogen peroxide disinfectant inside the equipment.
Advantages: The spray particle size is around 5 microns, and the dry mist distribution is uniform.
Disadvantages: A thin layer of water mist may form on the surface of the space after the completion of spray.

3、 Vaporized hydrogen peroxide disinfection machine
Principle: Using an internal flash evaporation module, the 30-35% hydrogen peroxide disinfectant added to the equipment is instantly heated and vaporized into molecular hydrogen peroxide.
Advantages: The sprayed gas is hydrogen peroxide gas, at the molecular level, which can penetrate and efficiently sterilize small chambers such as biosafety cabinets and Venus independent pipelines.
Disadvantages: The concentration during the sterilization process is relatively high, and the initial environment of the sterilization area needs to be strictly controlled to prevent condensation and corrosion.
