Regarding the sterilization technology of vaporized hydrogen peroxide

The characteristic of dry VHP technology is that the hydrogen peroxide gas in the room and chamber is always maintained below the "condensation point" for biological decontamination. Under the expected concentration of hydrogen peroxide gas, always control the relative humidity of the biologically contaminated space during the circulation process to prevent humidity saturation in the environment, thereby reducing the impact of hydrogen peroxide condensate formation. The advantage of dry sterilization is that it can achieve the expected uniform biological decontamination effect while reducing its impact on materials and optimizing the residual time of hydrogen peroxide gas.

The concentration of hydrogen peroxide after residue removal is below 1ppm.
